Since opening Pocamarket global service, we have received some issues from the customers. Therefore we have decided to make some improvements based on these issues.

Issue

• It is difficult to see the price of the photocards in Korean won.
• Information about possible shipping areas and the shipping cost.
• Not possible to ship to Korea in global service.

Changes [2022.07.15. 13:00 (KST)]

1. All the prices will be displayed in Dollar($)

2. Transaction Fee will be added when photocards are bought. (Transaction Fee: Includes inspection and verification service) For more information, check out here. <Authentication>

3. Processing Fee will be fixed to $9.9 (Processing Fee: Includes packaging and storage service) Per 1 Shipping Request, You can request max 20 photocards. For more information, check out here. <Processing Fee>

4. Shipping to South Korea is possible in global version.
